Benefits of Working From Home

Benefits of Working From Home

Posted on October 2, 2020 by mr.obama

I want to help you with your Working From Home Journey. I have been working from home for about ten years now from a random country worldwide. I am going to discuss some of the benefits of working from home today. I’m going to go on the positives with you and give you five reasons why you want to be working from home. Let’s get started.

A Close To Zero Commute

The very first reason is there are zero commutes. In fact, there’s so little commute you could technically be working from your bed. So you could wake up, grab your laptop, or hold whatever it is you need to act and have that thriving business at home.

Many people take a while to get ready, then they don’t want to be late for their job. Maybe they have an hour commute each in every single way every day, can you imagine. I’m sure you can, so that is why one of the most significant benefits of working from home is that there’s just no commute.

I could now instead of all of that time wasted being, you know, going for a run, I could be hanging out with girlfriends, I could be spending time with family. There are so many advantages, so that is always one of my most prominent benefits of working from home.

No Dress Codes

The second reason is there is no corporate dress code. Let’s be honest, I don’t like wearing high heels. I don’t really like needing to get all dress up. In fact, I love being in my pajamas or workout clothes and still feeling professional unless you have a video chat. Maybe you might want to put on a nice shirt, or you know, at least comb your hair.

Mostly when you are working remotely, especially at home, you can wear whatever you want, so that is my second benefit. I know obviously for me, I love wearing leggings. I wouldn’t wear that if I was in a corporate office, so that has always been great.

Get Time for Improving

The third reason is that your hours typically are a lot more flexible. Of course, if you’re something like an online English teacher or something you have to be there, you know that it might not be quite as flexible on a video.

And I know I still have video chats with my clients maybe a couple times per week. Yet, for the most part, if I wake up at 2:00 a.m, I can’t sleep, I might actually just knock out an hour of work. The next day is a lot shorter a day, so when you are working from home, your hours typically are way more flexible than on a regular nine-to-five job.

Getting More Time for Your Family

The fourth benefit is that you can spend more time with your loved ones; you don’t have that commute if you had young children. You want to do it kind of partly on the side. Just get some side income going on.

It’s a fine job, and then your kids may not have to go to daycare. You’re saving on the money there, or you just get to see them a lot more. You might then pick them up from school or see your spouse or anything like that.

I have a dog, and I now get to always be around him, and he loves that I’m home. He likes helping me work; that is one of the best benefits and one reason people love working from home. I know it’s a very fantastic job for a lot of moms out there.

Get Complete Flexibility

The fifth benefits of working from home are that it allows you complete flexibility. I have traveled, and I have worked in several different countries. I’ve been over in Asia, Europe, and I have been all over South America.

I only need my laptop and most stay at home jobs, you don’t need to too much stuff, so that just allowed me so much flex. That’s only been a wonderful experience for me. I know many of my friends run out of days off that their last use or there you know, the bosses they’re not allowed to go anywhere or take any days off during the year’s specific times.

When you’re working home, you don’t have that kind of issue, so if you suddenly see a last-minute trip that you would love to grab your stuff and head on out on that flight.
